Infrakinetic. Where business operates as one.

Infrakinetic is one place for a business to sell, sign agreements, deliver work, buy from suppliers, hire, manage people, run payroll, invoice, collect money, keep its books, handle documents, approve work and see what needs attention next. It doesn't force every team into the same way of working. It makes the handoffs between them feel like one continuous process instead of a chain of tools, spreadsheets and follow-up emails.

Other journeys through the business.

From hiring to payroll

A hiring need becomes a shortlist, interviews, an offer, a new employee and their payroll, with the reasons behind each decision kept.

From purchase to payment

A request to buy something becomes a supplier choice, an order, a record of what arrived, a checked invoice and a payment.

Documents

Create, review, sign and find documents in one place, with a clear history of every version and who approved it.

Work and approvals

One list of everything that needs your attention, and approvals that record who decided what, and why.

Moving in

Bring your existing data across in reviewed stages, so an old invoice doesn't send a new reminder and nothing gets counted twice.

How it treats your teams.

Every team keeps its own job

Sales stays Sales, Finance stays Finance and HR stays HR. What changes is that the handoffs between them stop getting lost.

AI helps. People decide.

Infrakinetic can find, organise, compare, suggest and explain. Hiring someone, paying money or closing the books stays with people and your rules.

Start with one area

Begin with billing, recruitment or finance and add more later. Switching one area off doesn't break the others.

Problems stay visible

If a step fails, for example a payment that hasn't reached the books yet, Infrakinetic shows it instead of pretending the job is done.

What we've tested so far.

468 / 468
Source: our own certification

Each organisation's data is kept apart from every other. In our own certification, all 468 places where customer data is stored passed checks that one organisation can't see another's records.

107,114
Source: one migration benchmark

Records created with zero failures when we moved a 30,000-row test file into Infrakinetic. That's one benchmark, not a promise about every system you might move from.

Infrakinetic is new to market. This page describes what it is designed to do, and some areas are further along than others. The proof that matters most, organisations running on it day to day, is what early access is for. We'll be clear with you about what's ready for your business.

Questions about Infrakinetic

How do I get access to Infrakinetic?

Infrakinetic is open for early access. Organisations are onboarded in small groups, chosen on fit, and we'll be clear with you about which areas are ready for your business.

Do I have to use all of Infrakinetic at once?

No. Infrakinetic is designed to be adopted one area at a time. You might start with billing, recruitment or finance and add other areas later. Turning one area off should not break the work in another.

Does Infrakinetic let AI make decisions?

No. Infrakinetic can help find, organise, compare and explain information, for example suggesting likely payment matches or summarising a candidate's experience. Decisions such as hiring someone, paying money or closing the books stay with people and the rules your business sets.

Will my business data be used for Polynovea's research?

Using Infrakinetic doesn't give us the right to use everything in it. Any research use is declared in Infrakinetic's own notices before it starts and comes with controls for your organisation. It uses structured records of how work moves, not your documents and messages, and never produces profiles of individual employees for employers.
