Questions about our products
Which Polynovea product can I use today?
Infrakinetic is our lead product and is open for early access, with organisations onboarded in small groups. The Content Operations Platform is released as free, open-source software you can download and run yourself.
What is MellowBase and when can I use it?
MellowBase will be the Content Operations Platform, run for you by Polynovea, so you don't have to manage servers, updates or backups. It is in development and not yet available. The free self-hosted version stays available, and you will always be able to export your content.
What is happening with the Hospitality product?
Hospitality is where our research began. We are rebuilding the product from the ground up, starting again from the problems venues actually face, so there is nothing to sign up for yet.
Will my business data be used for Polynovea's research?
Only in the way each product declares up front. MellowBase, for example, is designed to contribute pseudonymised records of how work moves to our research by default, and your organisation can switch that off. Your content, names and logins are not part of it, and we never build profiles of individual employees for employers.
