How is Polynovea structured?

HBIF Research
HBIF is the broader behavioural-intelligence framework. Layer 1 is domain-specific; Layer 2 studies candidate shared behavioural state and dynamics; Layer 3 is the long-horizon domain-independent mathematical architecture of human behaviour, admitted only through cross-domain evidence and falsification.

Why does Polynovea exist?
The problem is not a lack of activity or software. It is the lack of structured intelligence around the activity - what changed, why a decision was made, what happened next, and what the system should learn from it.
Fragmentation hides causality
Commercial, financial, people, document and customer work often live in different systems. The handoffs between them are where context disappears, accountability weakens and operating truth has to be reconstructed manually.
Operational systems can preserve evidence
Human and organisational environments generate observable signals around state, decisions, interventions and outcomes. Well-designed systems can preserve that context instead of recording only the final transaction.
Hospitality was the first empirical domain
Hospitality produced Polynovea's first substantial behavioural corpus and experimental lineage. That work remains research evidence and historical product lineage while the next Hospitality product is rebuilt from first principles.
Research must remain falsifiable
Polynovea is deliberately designed so its commercial products can succeed even if no universal model of human behaviour emerges. The deeper research objective is valuable only if candidate structures survive independent domains and explicit failure tests.

Customer Value First
A product must solve a real operating problem on its own. Research participation is optional and separately governed.
Evidence Before Claims
Implemented, deployed, certified, customer-ready and generally available are different states. Public language should preserve those distinctions.
Domain Specificity
Every Layer 1 domain earns its own ontology, state model, workflows, interfaces and validation programme. One successful domain does not prove another.
Governed Intelligence
Permissions, approvals, provenance and deterministic safety remain part of the operating architecture rather than optional wrappers around intelligence.
Bounded AI
AI may assist interpretation, extraction and recommendation. It does not automatically become the authority for consequential business state.
Permissioned Research
Product usage does not make customer data unrestricted research property. Research use must be separately permitted, purpose-bound and privacy-aware.
